Gday all. Today I made a pot to use for a landscape scene, Its made from Plaster of paris and I used brickies sand for the mold, what a confusing job that was trying to work out what it was going to look like the right way up. It didn't quite work out the way I wanted it But it will do. It measures 710mm long with a water feature in the center, I dont even know weather it even suites bonsai What do you guys think.
Thanks for looking

It looks great booga, its always good to experiment with stuff thats never been tried before. Its the only way we bonsai people can learn. Keep us up to date with what youre going to pant and tell us if it works.

Definitely Tony. Its very porous so I am planing on a flat lacquer to seal it, I don't think that I will paint it different colours though.
I think it must weigh at least 12kg because thats how much plaster I used and it still needs a bit more $22.00 pot
