When is the best time to repot an Irish Strawberry tree

When is the best time to repot an Irish Strawberry tree
Just wondering what is the best time to repot an Irish Strawberry tree (incase you didn't work that out from the title
). I have one I want to pot up, any help appreciated.

Hi Josh , there is very little info out there on the Arbutus but i have collected them in all seasons and as rough as guts on doing so . Mine have just began to re-shoot so i wouldn't hesitate to hit it up now for a re-pot . I would be inclined to soak it for a day or so just in case all that rain missed you . The new roots are soft and break off easy and have have a poor root mass at the best of time bit like a cactus , they should be a desert dweller .

Thanks Alpine, we coped the big down pour yesterday but its been windy so stuff is drying quickly so will take your advice.
