I appreciate the comments guys.

This species is a pain in the bum at repotting time. The bark is so fragile.

Cheers John.
Thanks John. Many years back I had a Casuarina adoption agency and the population was in excess of about 300.

So I gave away most of them to central coast club members, friends and others to hopefully spread more interest in Casuarina as bonsai.
The rest I sold at the Ausbonsai market day.
Now I've only kept handfuls of each species worth spending my time on.
I used to grow Kunzea (fantastic material for bonsai), but gave them away as I needed to downsize. Of course, this was working until I stumbled across Melalueca thymifolia, Micromyrtus and Thryptomene.
