Nice work simo, now you just got to feed, water and wait...till the trunks thicken enough to touch each other at the base and fused.
Cheers,
DK

Hi Simo , nice to see what your up to with those whips .Since fusing these last year from very small seedlings i found the if the dont touch they grow independant and grow away from each other .I tried 150 lots using different fusing methods .Secured with string , cord , wire , twist ties , plaiting , twisting , the majority didn't work as the wrapping was too loose or the string rotted off , even twist ties wrapped around and not tied failed as the trunks expanded the tie unraveled and they turned out real ugly .

Personally i would introduce some of your little seedlings in between each whip and blend them in to your frame securely with string or rubber bands . Buy the time the growing season is over it should be nicely fusing together as the seedlings will grow a little quicker and fill the gaps as they grow .Cheers Alpine
