not an elm,
a small clue, the tree stands about 700mm and a graft is visible at 200mm.

I have had this tree for only 6 months, purchased from a deceased estate it was a bit neglected. It has had sone hard pruning and a repot.
The reason it caught my eye was the graft, I like the common variety but the grafted ones often produce some nice eye catching results.
