Last year they were flogging off 6 half dead leafless and miserable bougainvilleas. This is one of them. They were 4 dollars each. I took the lot - all different. (previously $14 or something)

Theyre a pain in the finger. But the bracts are always nice on bougys.
I think the best ones are ‘Thai gold’ and ‘pagoda pink’
I don’t like the larger flowering variety like this one you have pictured.
I find bougys difficult. They prefer to be under watered. The roots are fragile. They suffer die back when you attempt to reduce them and they harden very quickly. But they do naturally grow nice shapes though.
