I am going to Japan for ASPAC and Tai KaiTen but with Megumi Bennett. I went to Japan previously ( springtime- yes cherry blossom ++) with Megumi and found it a wonderful cultural, culinary and fabulous bonsai experience. There are a no. of tours occuring in Japan at this time. Some Aussies are doing BCI as they were chasing room mates. I prefer smaller group but we will all catch up at ASPAC. This time it will be autumn and looking forward to seeing the colours. Here in Perth we are only getting good colour changes now
