At this time of the year the country side is filled with the beautiful sight of apples in flower. The crab apple is much more suitable for bonsai use and this one was air layered from an established tree quite a few years ago.

The only reason for this post is to show the flowers, and here they are.

This bonsai needs a lot more work before I could put it in an exhibition, but I still really enjoy the flowers.
