This olive was dug in South Australia and I swapped an English elm for it some years ago. Since I have had it I have been working on it and it is now starting to take on the original look I was hoping for. It is a sumo shohin style and in a few years I hope it has matured and developed enough to it to be part of a seven point shohin display.

It has been a reasonable change over the last seven years, and that is especially so in the bark “cracking”..
