This small yamadori English elm was dug in about 2005 or so and has been under various bonsai cultivation techniques over the years. It has also been here a couple of times and I personally think it looks best when it is in the winter state (no leaves) so you can appreciate the ramification.
However it does have a degree of interest in the spring as well when the new leaves open, and so I took a photo and I thought I would share.
It does need a bit of a trim and tidy up, and that will happen over the next few weeks but for now I just enjoy it as it is.
